1.Delivery terms and payment methods
Delivery timescales are 14 days from placing an order. Orders outside Slovak and Czech Republic might be longer depending on destination. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
All the prices are in EUR include VAT. Shipping cost and payment fees are excluded.
1.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is only available in Slovak and Czech republic.
1.2 Wire transfer and PayPal
By International orders we accept Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal payment.
In case you choose wire transfer as payment method you will receive a proforma invoice with all necessary information.

2. Shipping rates
2.1 Delivery within Slovak and Czech Republic
Shipping for Slovak and Czech Republic is free of charge if the order is more than 80€, otherwise It’s 3€.
You can choose from following payment option:
– COD – cash on delivery
– Direct bank transfer to our account
We ship through:
– Slovak post (no COD for Czech Republic)
2.4 EU and Worldwide delivery
All the goods we also ship Worldwide. The shipping rate is 5€ per shipment. We usually choose Slovak Post for an economical and reliable way of shipping.
By purchasing any product from our website outside Slovakia please check first your local law considering knives.
For international shipment, we accept PayPal or Bank transfer only.
According Slovak Law you have right to return any product bought in our shop within fourteen days from purchase. We kindly ask our customers who decided to do so to keep following terms:
When you choose an Insured shipping, please check, before signing the shipment, If the package is not damaged, opened, If there are not any different tapes then original or any holes. f the package is damaged, please immediately make a damage record with your carrier and set a reclamation.
All our products are covered by 24 months warranty from date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in material, workmanship or faulty functionality.
The Warranty does not cover normal wear, resharpening of the blade, damage caused by neglect, misuse or the failure to perform normal or necessary maintenance. Damage due to self–repair. Damage due to inexpert dismantling.
For warranty service, please return the product with Delivery Confirmation. There must be a way to track your package through your carrier.
